I am a woman in recovery who serves others who desire to establish safety, stability, and sobriety. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

I have fulfilled a variety of roles in the recovery field from tech, to sponsor, to operations director, to therapist while serving populations such as adolescent males, homeless female veterans, and those seeking to overcome trauma, addiction, and mental health issues.

My passion is to continue helping others gain a clearer understanding of the factors of trauma and addiction such as biological, environmental, and choice; while also providing wisdom to help them establish a balanced recovery model that nourishes mental, physical, emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual needs.
It is my honor and pleasure to serve clients during this season of life that is full of promise.  I have learned professionally and personally that a broad recovery fellowship is most vital to our health. Using our God-given imagination and creative modalities such as ART can overcome even the most challenging cases of PTSD and addiction. Thank you for including me in this journey to reach your goals.
